At DiamondHost.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any service.
1. Shared Hosting, Cloud Hosting & WordPress Hosting
We offer a 24-hour refund policy for the following hosting services:
- Shared Hosting
- Cloud Hosting
- WordPress Hosting
Refund Conditions
- The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the service activation.
- If approved, the refund will be credited only to your DiamondHost.in Wallet Balance.
- Refunds are not transferred to bank accounts, UPI, cards, or any external payment method.
- If the hosting service has been active for more than 24 hours, no refund will be provided.
2. Reseller Hosting Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Reseller Hosting
- Master Reseller Hosting
- Alpha Reseller Hosting
Once any reseller hosting service has been activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a migration or transfer to another server during your next renewal period, subject to approval by our support team.
3. Domain Registration
All domain registrations are non-refundable.
Once a domain has been registered or activated, it cannot be cancelled or refunded, regardless of whether it has been used or not.
This policy applies to all domain extensions.
4. VPS & Dedicated Server Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- SSD VPS
- NVMe VPS
- WHM Server
- WHM Root Server
- Dedicated Server
- Any Custom Server Configuration
Once these services are activated, no refund will be issued.
Even if a cancellation request is submitted and the service is terminated, the payment remains non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customers may request cancellation of any service at any time.
However, submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a refund. Refund eligibility is determined strictly according to the refund terms mentioned above.
6. Wallet Credit Policy
Eligible refunds are issued only as DiamondHost.in Wallet Credit.
Wallet credit:
- Cannot be withdrawn as cash.
- Cannot be transferred to another user.
- Can be used to purchase or renew any eligible service available on DiamondHost.in.
7. Abuse & Policy Violations
No refund will be provided if the service is suspended or terminated due to:
- Abuse
- Spam
- Phishing
- Malware
- Illegal activities
- Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
8. Policy Updates
DiamondHost.in reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
By purchasing any service from DiamondHost.in, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
